What is a dealer node?

The dealer node is the individual or entity submitting data to the Nillion network. It could be an individual
uploading a sensitive piece of information like a private key, or a Layer 1 sending in data for private
computation, or it could be a number of parties submitting a vote for decentralized blind voting for a
DAO. Basically, any party that is submitting information to the network to either be stored or processed
acts as the dealer node when they’re uploading the information and authenticating who will be able to
retrieve it or process it in the future.
